Job Description

Join our team as a Boat Finisher, where you will ensure that each boat is finished to perfection. You'll work with materials like fiberglass and wood, applying your expertise to achieve immaculate surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boats by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Mix and apply various coatings using different techniques.
• Monitor conditions during finishing for optimal results.
• Perform detailed touch-ups before delivery.
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
• Assist in other production tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate III in Marine Craft Construction or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in boat finishing or a related field.
