Job Description

The Carding Supervisor will oversee the carding process in our textile manufacturing plant. This role is essential in ensuring that production runs smoothly and that quality standards are met. You will work closely with management and production staff to lead the team towards achieving production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee carding operations and validate production quality.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency gains.
  • Engage with staff to promote teamwork and morale.
  • Document performance metrics and facilitate team meetings.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to align on production goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Textile Manufacturing or related fields
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity within textile production
