Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes in Queanbeyan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage production planning and workforce allocation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams on product development.
  • Conduct regular audits of production procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork across the production floor.
  • Report production status and challenges to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing setting
