Job Description
The Structural Iron and Steel Worker, also known as Sign Erector, will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of signage at multiple locations. This physically demanding role requires keen attention to detail and the capacity to work at heights safely.
Responsibilities
- Install signs using appropriate techniques and safety measures.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient project completion.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Evaluate site conditions for the best installation practices.
- Provide feedback to management regarding tools and material needs.
- Interact with clients professionally to ensure satisfaction during installations.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sign installation or related field preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong physical stamina
