Packaging and Filling Machine Operators and Tenders

Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Packaging and Filling Machine Operators and Tenders to ensure the efficient operation of our packaging machines. Candidates must possess a strong technical background alongside great attention to detail, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the flow of products through the packaging process and ensure accuracy.
• Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team quickly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery for safety compliance and quality assurance.
• Work with quality control inspectors to ensure products meet company standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold workplace safety initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume production environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Can Routing systems knowledge
• ERP systems familiarity

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Valid forklift license preferred for material handling tasks.
• Experience in quality control: Prior experience in quality control processes in manufacturing.
