Electroless Plater

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electroless Plater to join our production team. The successful candidate will perform electroless plating on various materials and substrates, ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the process. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting plating equipment, while adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of substrates before plating.
• Develop and refine plating techniques to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• Document production data and produce reports for management review.
• Support maintenance activities on plating equipment.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training.
• Assist in the ordering of materials and supplies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Surface Preparation and Coating Application

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electroless plating
