Responsibilities
Installing and configuring new microcomputers and peripherals.
Performing routine checks and maintenance on IT hardware.
Troubleshooting software conflicts and resolving connectivity issues.
Providing timely support to staff regarding IT-related queries.
Maintaining an updated inventory list of hardware and software.
Ensuring compliance with company security protocols.
Documenting technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Collaborating with vendors for hardware repairs when needed.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

3+ years in technical support or related roles
