Join our manufacturing team as a Matrix Bath Operator where you will handle the matrix bath equipment crucial for PCB production. Your role will involve ensuring equipment efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the matrix bath equipment for coatings.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
• Identify and resolve any issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices.
• Keep accurate records of production metrics and chemical usage.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in safety audits and promote a safe working culture.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing processes is an advantage

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
