Job Description

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager in Perth who is passionate about leading and delivering projects. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines, creating project budgets, and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met. Your ability to manage a diverse team and facilitate collaboration between departments will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide support in budget preparation and financial management.
• Engage in strategic planning to align project goals with company objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Agile frameworks to facilitate project delivery.
