We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Townsville office. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects that ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage design specifications and proposals.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies.
• Utilise engineering software for project modeling and analysis.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support the development of project budgets and schedules.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Prepare bids and manage procurement processes.
• Participate in community consultations regarding projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
