This role involves accurately collecting toll fees, maintaining records, and addressing any customer queries regarding toll operations. Responsibilities

• Accurately collect tolls and manage cash transactions.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and reconcile cash collected.
• Help direct traffic to ensure orderly flow through the toll plaza.
• Provide assistance and information to drivers as needed.
• Conduct daily checks to confirm that all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Adhere strictly to safety and operational guidelines.
• Communicate with team members to address any operational challenges.
