Job Responsibilities
  • Review documentation for estate tax filings and ensure compliance with laws.
  • Engage in discussions with clients for clarifications on tax matters.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for audits and examinations.
  • Develop strategies for optimizing tax compliance processes.
  • Mentor junior staff on best practices in estate tax examination.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of tax regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Analytical skills Proven ability to analyze complex tax data and regulations.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
  • Attention to detail Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing tax submissions.
  • Communication skills Strong communication skills for client interaction.
  • CPA or relevant professional certification
  • Enrolled Agent designation is a plus
  • English (Fluent)
