Job Description
The Claims Representative will be responsible for processing and managing claims for our insurance clients, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate claims to determine their validity.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate the claims process.
Negotiate settlements within the framework of company policies.
Generate and manage documentation associated with claims.
Coordinate with other departments to support claims operations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor claims for potential fraud and escalate as needed.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the claims process.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Additional certifications in insurance or claims management are a plus
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in claims processing or insurance
