Job Description

As a Weight Analyst, you will analyze weight data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve processes and reduce costs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and an aptitude for detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of weight data to identify operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of weight management activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align weight management strategies.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends related to weight management and logistics.
• Support management in strategic planning related to weight data analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts in effective weight analysis practices.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and compliance documents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in weight analysis or related field.

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification
• ISO 9001 certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC): Familiarity with SPC methods to monitor and control weight processes.
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA): Skills in RCA to identify and resolve operational issues.
