Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Train new employees and conduct ongoing training for existing staff.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance.
• Troubleshoot any operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and systems.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Certifications in Warehousing or Logistics are a plus

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management
