Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Order Department Supervisor who will lead our order processing team. As the ideal candidate, you'll ensure timely and accurate order processing while maintaining customer satisfaction and handling daily departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the order processing team to achieve departmental targets.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for team members.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Maintain detailed records of order processing and customer feedback.
• Implement improvements based on customer feedback and order analysis.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations.
• Support cross-functional projects that enhance order processing efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in business administration or logistics is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in order processing or supply chain management

Languages
