Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance our operations in Perth. The successful candidate will manage logistics, improve processes, and support inventory management to ensure seamless supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and storage of goods across various stages.
• Oversee the preparation of logistics reports and documentation.
• Liaise with freight companies to ensure cost-effective shipping options.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and KPIs.
• Streamlining procurement processes to improve turnaround times.
• Assist in planning inventory management strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to improve team performance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with IT systems to enhance tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years experience in logistics or supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Software

• Negotiation Skills

Advantageous

• Experience with logistics software such as SAP or Oracle: Knowledge of using logistics systems for optimized supply chain processes.
