We are searching for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Alice Springs. In this role, you'll be involved in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with departmental managers to ensure effective HR processes are in place.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing educational programs and strategies.
• Support students in group work and collaborative projects.
• Help organise classroom layout and display educational materials.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with students and their families.
• Work closely with support staff to cater to students’ needs.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Education Support or equivalent
• Experience working with children or young people

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in education or childcare settings

Languages

• English: Fluent
