Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Control and Valve Installer to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate installation and repair of control and valve systems, ensuring optimal functioning and safety standards. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure control systems for gas metering.
  • Test and validate system performance after installation.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs on-site.
  • Document all workflows and procedures for compliance.
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
  • Assist with the development of new installation techniques.
  • Provide feedback to management on system performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry standards and legislation.
  • Engage with vendors for equipment procurement.
  • Conduct site assessments to prepare for installation.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Gas Fitting or related field
  • Additional certifications in gas metering preferred
Experience
  • Two or more years of experience in gas metering or related field
Technical Skills
  • Calibrating Gas Meters

Languages
  • English: Fluent
