Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer who has a flair for creating stunning residential spaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their vision, translating ideas into aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process by creating detailed plans and drawings using CAD software.
• Engage in client consultations to establish and clarify project parameters.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to minimize risks.
• Oversee vendor and supplier interactions to source furniture and materials.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed designs.
• Present the final concept to clients, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
• Master's degree in a related field is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in interior or architectural design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Green Building Certification (if relevant)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering software: Hands-on experience with apps like Rhino, Revit, or similar tools.
