Job Description

As a Favor Maker, your main role will be to bring joy and personalization to our clients' special events. You will create unique favors for weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings, working closely with customers to align with their visions while ensuring top quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs for favors based on client specifications.
• Supervise the production process to ensure high standards are met.
• Engage in regular consultations with clients for feedback.
• Innovate new ideas for favors to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on final products before delivery.
• Document and maintain a portfolio of your designs for future reference.
• Develop a network of suppliers for materials and resources.
• Drive sales through exceptional customer service and personalized approach.

Advantageous

• Additional qualifications in graphic design: Enhanced skills in graphic design will be beneficial.
• Experience with 3D printing or laser cutting technology: Knowledge in advanced design technologies preferred.
