Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flight Agent who can provide outstanding customer service while managing flight reservations effectively. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of booking systems and a passion for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients book flights by selecting the best options based on their preferences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy of flight details and maintain updated records of all transactions.
  • Handle payment transactions and customer data with confidentiality.
  • Enrich your knowledge of various travel destinations and services to provide better advice.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry changes and trends.
  • Support the Flight Agent Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
  • Review booking systems regularly to ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide assistance to other team members during busy periods.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a customer-focused role, preferably in travel
