Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental skills.
  • Create tailored educational programs to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to families and caregivers about their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust intervention plans to optimise results.
  • Participate in training seminars to stay updated with best practices.
  • Support family involvement in the child's developmental process.
  • Document and report on children's development for evaluation purposes.
  • Build strong relationships with families to establish trust and communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Special Education or Early Childhood Development is desirable
Experience
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays is essential.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of assessment tools
