We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Bendigo. You will play a vital role in providing expert advice to patients and ensuring they receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include dispensing medications, counselling patients on their prescriptions, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver tailored health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
• Educate patients on disease management and prevention.
• Assist in the implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Manage pharmacy workflow for optimum efficiency.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Participate in pharmacy health fairs and community outreach.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is compliant and safe for patients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience preferred
