Job Description

Join our team as a Brownfield Redevelopment Site Manager, where you will oversee projects aimed at revamping contaminated sites into practical and sustainable spaces. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge in environmental regulations, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure machinery for production runs.
• Conduct inspections on machines before and after operation.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Keep detailed logs of machine maintenance and repairs.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work closely with quality control to meet product standards.
• Efficiently manage time to optimise production schedules.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Support in equipment upgrades and installations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in machine operation are preferred

Experience

• Prior experience as a machine tender or in a similar role is preferred
