Responsibilities

• Oversee batch production from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement quality checks and address inconsistencies immediately.
• Assist in the development and testing of new products.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the production process.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to conduct product testing.
• Support the marketing team with product sampling and presentation.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational qualification in food production

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing or related field

• HACCP Knowledge
