Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate alpine trips ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with alpine activities.
• Educate participants on environmental awareness and safety measures.
• Create a positive and supportive atmosphere for participants.
• Regularly assess and adapt strategies based on group performance.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among participants.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Engage with local communities to enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of flora, fauna, and geology.
• Document feedback for continuous improvement in guiding practices.

Requirements

Education

• Certification as an Alpine Guide
• Further certifications in wilderness first aid or rescue techniques are a plus.

Experience

• At least 3 years of guiding experience in alpine regions.

• Knowledge of local flora and fauna

Certifications
