Responsibilities

• Provide expert interpretation of medical imaging studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support and guide junior medical staff during their training and development.
• Evaluate and implement new imaging technologies.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Utilise radiology information systems effectively for patient management.
• Assist in developing protocols for imaging practices and patient safety.
• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss patient cases and operational challenges.
• Promote a patient-centered approach to care.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree from a recognised university
• Fellowship in Radiology is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical radiology

Technical Skills

• CT and MRI Imaging
• Interventional Radiology Skills

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced Imaging Techniques: Familiarity with advanced imaging techniques, such as PET/CT and SPECT/CT.
• Publications in Medical Journals: Demonstrated track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
