Job Description
As a Veterinary Virus Serum Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of virus serum samples. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections and testing to meet stringent health standards.
Responsibilities
Lead laboratory tests to assess the integrity and safety of animal virus serum.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve testing reliability.
Maintain accurate records of all tests conducted and results obtained.
Monitor laboratory protocols and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Assist with external audits and inspections of the laboratory.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance testing methods.
Engage in training programs for new techniques in virus testing.
Write and present findings at conferences and seminars.
Ensure all equipment is functional and properly maintained.
Help in the transition and implementation of new technologies in the laboratory.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Veterinary Science, Biomedical Science, or related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in laboratory testing and quality assurance processes.
