Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Group in Bendigo, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, providing medication management and advice. Your role is crucial in ensuring safe and effective medication use, while also engaging with the community to promote health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage medication therapies for patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Provide immunizations and health screenings as required.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Organize and participate in health promotion events.
• Ensure the safe storage and management of medications.
• Contribute to team performance and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Advanced qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy is desired

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community or clinical pharmacy.
