Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various printing devices for high-quality production.
• Continuously monitor the production line for quality assurance.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure accurate specifications are met.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery as required.
• Perform quality checks on all printed materials before shipment.
• Ensure stock levels of printing materials are sufficient and reorder when necessary.
• Implement safety measures to ensure personal and workplace safety.
• Manage timelines effectively to deliver products on schedule.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety practices.
• Adapt techniques based on feedback and new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in Printing or a related field.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in printing and sign-making.

Technical Skills

• Signage Machinery Operation
• Software Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of colour management and calibration: Ability to manage colour consistency throughout the printing process.
• Experience with RIP software: Familiar with Raster Image Processor software for printing management.
