Job Description

As a Sales Representative within our wholesale and manufacturing divisions, you'll be responsible for connecting our innovative products with clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping and receiving processes for materials.
• Ensure proper packaging and loading of goods for transport.
• Perform regular inventory audits and maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing and documentation.
• Utilise logistics software to track inventory and shipments.
• Prepare reports on shipping and receiving activities.
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in logistics or supply chain management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in shipping and receiving roles

Technical Skills

• Transportation management systems (TMS)
• Inventory control systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid certification
• Logistics and supply chain certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with multiple modes of transport (land, sea, air): Hands-on experience managing logistics across various transport methods.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling: Training in safely managing and transporting hazardous goods.
