Responsibilities

• Help in assembling and finishing garments before dispatch.
• Monitor production equipment for optimal performance.
• Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with the design team to provide input on new styles.
• Assist in training new team members on production processes.
• Employ sustainable practices in daily operations.
• Interact with suppliers for fabric and material procurement.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects when required.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and production technologies.

Advantageous

• Experience in pattern making or grading: Familiarity with the pattern making process and dimensions.
• Familiarity with CAD software for fashion design: Experience with software used for fashion design and pattern creation.
