We are seeking an experienced Printer Technician to join our service team. This role involves maintaining and repairing printers and other related equipment, diagnosing issues, and providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Install and configure printing equipment for customers.
Diagnose and repair faults in printing equipment.
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
Make recommendations for improvements to equipment and processes.
Assist in inventory management of parts and equipment.
Conduct training sessions for users on printer operation.
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
Stay informed about new printers and printing technology.
Work collaboratively with other technicians.
Requirements
Education
Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. IT, Engineering) is advantageous
Experience
Experience with various printing equipment and customer interaction

Knowledge of printing technology

Advantageous
Experience in copier repair and maintenance: Competent in addressing and repairing multifunction copier machines.
