Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Customer Success Manager to promote customer satisfaction and drive product adoption in Orange. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to ensure they receive value from our services while gathering feedback for continual improvement. Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Drive customer engagement through effective use of customer success software.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer usage and satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to inform customers.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to promote new products and services.
  • Lead workshops and webinars for customer education.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success or management roles
