Join our team as an IT Support Specialist where you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients in Hobart. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving various IT issues to maintain a seamless operational environment. You will work closely with our technical team to enhance system efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Offer frontline support for hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct system diagnostics and coordinate repairs.
  • Assist with IT project implementations.
  • Maintain user account settings and permissions.
  • Document resolutions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Help manage the IT inventory of hardware and software.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
