We are on the lookout for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our Launceston team. In this role, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, creating visually stunning designs that capture the essence of our clients' brands. Responsibilities

• Produce compelling visual content that aligns with client objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with design progress.
• Conduct research on design trends to enhance creative output.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral and visual branding.
• Manage files and assets in a structured manner for easy access and collaboration.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors for print production and other design-related tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Certification in design software is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of graphic design experience focusing on branding and marketing

Technical Skills

• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with video editing software: Experience with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design: Understanding of UX design principles to enhance user interfaces.
