Corset Fitter

Job Description

As a Corset Fitter, you will play an essential role in our boutique by measuring clients and constructing custom-made corsets tailored to their unique shapes and preferences. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will ensure our clients receive the best fitting experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fittings and shape assessments to ensure optimal corset design.
• Sew and construct corsets with precision and care.
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Assist in training junior team members in corset fitting techniques.
• Manage inventory of fabrics and materials for corset production.
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on products and client experiences.
• Continuously improve fitting techniques and product designs.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• Experience with historical fashion and corsetry is highly desirable.
