Responsibilities

• Conduct rehearsals with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Ensure schedules are adhered to and manage time effectively.
• Inspire and motivate orchestra members to achieve their best.
• Review and select repertoire that aligns with the orchestra's mission.
• Communicate with all stakeholders effectively.
• Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Music or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience in fundraising and sponsor management is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent
