Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic activities to enhance the well-being and independence of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' occupational needs through standardised tests.
• Design engaging therapeutic activities that meet client goals.
• Provide feedback and support to clients throughout the recovery process.
• Collaborate with families to enhance client support at home.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in a diverse clinical environment
