Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispensing of prescriptions and updates on patient medication.
• Inform and educate patients regarding safe medication practices.
• Assist in implementing community health initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team for integrated patient care.
• Promote health and wellness through consultations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of pharmaceuticals and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• AHPRA Registration

Experience

• 1+ years of pharmacy experience preferred

• Medication Management

Certifications

• Pharmacy Board Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Compounding Medications: Skilled in preparing and compounding specialty medications.
