Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
• Assist with landscape design and implementation as needed.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding lawn care needs.
• Follow use of safety equipment and practices on job sites.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Horticulture is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping or gardening

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Landscape design

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with landscaping design software: Ability to use software for planning and tracking landscaping projects.
• Fluency in a second language: Knowledge of additional languages is a plus for client interactions.
