As a Hay Stacker, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to stack hay bales onto pallets or trucks efficiently using a forklift. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize heavy machinery to stack and organize hay bales.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and farm policies.
• Collaborate with the farming team to provide operational support.
• Actively engage in training for safety equipment use.
• Perform cleanup and organization tasks within the hay stacking area.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere and assist coworkers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in agricultural roles preferred
