Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to plan and execute a variety of events in Shepparton. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Execute logistical planning for all aspects of events, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices and services.
  • Recruit and train event staff and volunteers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
  • Monitor event progress and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution stages.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout events.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Event Management or Project Management
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event management
