Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Sunshine Coast team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven track record in successfully managing projects from inception to completion. You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as required.
• Provide training and support to team members during project implementation.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting.
• Enhance client relationships through effective communication and feedback loops.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee project outcomes align with client expectations.
• Lead post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP or similar certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management
