Job Description

We are seeking skilled Assemblers and Fabricators to join our dynamic team at Precision Manufacturing Co. You will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating various components and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Work on assembling and fabricating products to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and deadlines.
• Identify and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality and safety.
• Assist in training new team members when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in assembly or fabrication

Technical Skills

• Tool operation
• Process improvement

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• Forklift certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Welding skills: Experience in welding and fabrication processes will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of materials science: Understanding of different materials and their properties for assembly tasks.
