Water Control Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Water Control Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of water control operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of water control systems, ensuring optimal performance and sustainability in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of water conservation projects.
• Manage the operational budget for the water control department.
• Review and update training materials for water control staff.
• Implement best practices for water usage and management.
• Address issues related to water quality and availability promptly.
• Convene regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience

• 4+ years of progressive responsibility in water management.
