Job Description

The Product Development Chemist will be responsible for researching, developing, and testing new chemical products and formulations. This role involves close collaboration with the R&D team to ensure our products comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Research and formulate new chemical products from concept to market.
  • Ensure rigorous testing and validation of new products.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance to align on standards.
  • Create comprehensive product documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize statistical analysis tools to interpret product data.
  • Support marketing efforts through technical expertise.
  • Work with external vendors for materials and ingredient sourcing.
  • Implement feedback from customer reviews into product development.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives within product lines.
  • Ensure clear communication of technical information across teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Master's degree in related fields is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in chemical product development
