We are seeking a diligent Metal-Refining Furnace Operator to oversee the production of kettle chips. This role requires expertise in skimming excess oil and seasoning while ensuring top-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Control kettle operations based on standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes for any abnormalities.
• Maintain logs of temperature and pressure settings.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Food Safety or relevant course

Experience

• 2+ years in food production or manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Food safety regulations knowledge
• Equipment operation

• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate other production equipment: Experience with various food processing machines is advantageous.
