Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Newcastle office. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of projects, focusing on design, analysis, and execution. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct surveys and prepare technical drawings.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Participate in community consultations regarding project impacts.
  • Review project designs and specifications for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering
